This page explains our certification action plan — the standards we are pursuing, the timeline for achieving them, and why each one matters for your confidence in the product.

Third-Party Verification
All performance claims are validated by accredited, independent laboratories. We never self-certify where third-party testing is available.
Global Market Readiness
The Meadow is engineered to meet the most stringent standards across global markets — US, Canada, EU, UK, Mexico, South America, and Asia.
Material Safety First
BPA-free ABS housing, phthalate-free components, and antimicrobial surface treatments ensure the product is safe for continuous bedroom use near children and adults.

Antimicrobial housing surface efficacy — verified >99.9% microbial reduction in 24 hours.
EN 1822 H14 HEPA
CEN (European Committee for Standardization)
Medical-grade HEPA filter classification — captures ≥99.995% of particles ≥0.3 µm.
Zero Ozone Emission
CARB / ULE 2998
Verified ozone output ≤0.050 ppm. Purely mechanical filtration with no ioniser or plasma.

5-Phase Certification Timeline
Our phased global expansion strategy begins with US launch readiness and first customer deliveries in November 2026, then rapidly expands across five international markets over the following nine months — reaching global distribution by August 2027.
US Launch Readiness & Brand Distinction
First Deliveries — November 2026Secure all mandatory US market access certifications and voluntary brand differentiators. Complete third-party testing with Intertek, UL Solutions, and TÜV Rheinland. First customer deliveries begin November 2026.
Canada Expansion
January 2027Leverage existing ETL and FCC test reports for efficient Canadian market entry through combo testing at accredited labs. Canadian distribution begins January 2027.
EU & UK Expansion
February / March 2027Achieve full European Union and United Kingdom market access through CE self-declaration and UKCA mark, with environmental compliance documentation. EU and UK distribution launches February–March 2027.
Mexico & South America Expansion
April / May 2027Complete NOM certification for Mexican market entry and establish distribution partnerships across key South American markets including Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina. Latin American launch April–May 2027.
Asian Market Distribution
July / August 2027Enter the world's largest air purifier market with region-specific certifications. Establish distribution partnerships in China, Japan, South Korea, and India. Asian market launch July–August 2027.

The certifications listed on our product page represent our design targets and active testing program — not claims already achieved. We are transparent about this because we believe you deserve to know exactly where we are in the process. Every certification will be completed and verified by accredited third-party laboratories before the Meadow ships to customers.
